Using Plenty, at a glance
Plenty helps you understand your cards, spending and debt. These Terms explain what you can expect from the Service and your responsibilities when using it.
- For your personal finances. Plenty is intended for adults ordinarily resident in India.
- Information and planning. We organise financial information and estimate card rewards and repayment options. We do not hold your money, make payments or arrange loans.
- Your choices stay yours. Check important figures against your bank's records. Saving a repayment plan does not make a payment or change your loan agreement.
- Free at launch. We may introduce paid features later, with advance notice and your agreement before any charge.
- Help is available. Contact contact@plenty.money, or our Grievance Officer in Section 14.
The sections below form part of the same agreement and explain these points in detail.
1. About this agreement
Plenty is operated by Zilitone Technologies Private Limited, CIN U72900PN2022PTC209055 (“Plenty”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plenty app, website and related features (the “Service”).
Registered or business address: Bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
You accept these Terms through the acceptance step shown when creating an account or using a feature that requires agreement. We make the Terms available beforehand and keep a record of the version accepted.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how you can exercise your choices. Accepting these Terms does not itself authorise Gmail access, marketing, unrestricted use of your information, borrowing or payments. We request separate permissions where required.
If a feature needs additional terms, we show them before you use it. Those terms apply to that feature where they expressly differ from these Terms. Applicable legal protections take priority throughout this agreement.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, ordinarily resident in India and legally able to enter into this agreement. Plenty is offered for personal use in India.
Provide accurate account information and keep important details current. Only connect accounts and supply documents you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate anyone or create an account for a child.
Take reasonable steps to protect your device and sign-in details. Do not share your credentials or knowingly give unauthorised people access. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Responsibility for an unauthorised action depends on the circumstances and applicable law; it does not fall on you automatically.
We may ask for proportionate verification to recover an account, investigate abuse or complete a privacy request. Signing in to Plenty is not bank KYC or confirmation that every imported record is correct.
3. What Plenty does
Depending on the features available to you, Plenty can organise financial records, identify spending and recurring charges, compare card choices, explain card benefits, calculate repayment scenarios, save plans and provide reminders. Availability depends on supported sources, issuers, app versions and information quality.
Plenty provides financial information and planning software. We do not currently hold a financial-services licence or registration. We do not operate as a bank, lender, payment service, RBI-licensed Account Aggregator, credit bureau, insurance distributor or SEBI-registered investment adviser.
The launch Service does not accept deposits, hold funds, issue credit, apply for loans, access credit bureau reports, execute payments or investments, negotiate with lenders or collect or settle debts. It does not provide legal or tax advice. Any transaction you choose to make must be completed separately through an authorised provider.
References to a bank, issuer, card network or other organisation identify its products or information. They do not imply partnership, endorsement or regulatory approval. Any future service that needs a regulated arrangement will require the appropriate arrangements and disclosures before it is offered.
4. Connecting Gmail and processing statements
Connecting Gmail is optional. Google's permission flow allows read-only access that can technically cover your mailbox. Plenty uses filters to find relevant financial emails and attachments, and those filters can make mistakes. We use the connection for the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy and the permission notice.
We do not request your Gmail password, bank login password, PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or payment OTP. A password used to unlock a statement PDF is different. With your authorisation, Plenty may use a supplied PDF password or issuer-style password patterns based on information such as your name and date of birth. The Privacy Policy explains storage and use of this information for processing and retries.
We may use external AI providers to process statements, including sharing a readable copy of the full document. As explained in the Privacy Policy, we identify the provider, explain the processing and obtain required consent before sharing. Accepting these Terms alone does not give that consent.
Imports and extraction can be incomplete or incorrect because of unsupported formats, encryption, unclear text, missing pages or other limitations. Review important results and use available corrections or manual entry where appropriate.
You can revoke access or request deletion through the routes in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting stops new imports; it does not automatically erase earlier imports. Deleting information from Plenty does not delete your original emails or change any obligation to a financial institution.
5. Understanding comparisons and repayment estimates
Plenty's outputs help you compare possibilities using the information available. They are not guaranteed outcomes, a complete assessment of your finances or a lender-approved repayment schedule.
Check important amounts, rates, deadlines and conditions against current statements and the institution's official records. Review the sources, assumptions and dates shown with a result. Missing accounts, delayed messages, incorrect inputs, refunds and classification errors can affect it. A confidence indicator is not a guarantee or a probability of financial success.
Card choices, rewards and benefits
A card ranked first is the highest-ranked option among the supported cards and assumptions considered for that request. It does not necessarily represent the whole market or every use of a card.
Rewards can depend on merchant classification, payment method, spending thresholds, caps, enrolment, exclusions, billing dates, refunds and redemption conditions. An inferred merchant category may differ from the category used by the payment network. Estimated point values are not cash entitlements, and projected rewards are not confirmed credits.
Interest and fees can outweigh rewards. Available credit does not establish affordability. Carrying a balance may affect the interest-free period. Check whether a displayed figure is the total amount due, minimum amount due or current balance; paying the minimum generally does not repay the full balance.
Lounge access, memberships, insurance and other benefits remain subject to the provider's current eligibility, activation, exclusions and claim procedures. A description in Plenty does not confirm enrolment, insurance coverage or fulfilment. Use the issuer's current terms to verify uncertain conditions.
Repayment plans and progress
Repayment scenarios use assumptions about balances, rates, instalments, tenure and extra payments. Actual outcomes can differ because of rate changes, interest calculations, payment allocation, posting dates, missed payments, fees, taxes and lender restrictions. Prepayments remain subject to your loan agreement and applicable law.
Where a scenario shows an extra monthly payment of “+1%” or “+2%”, check the displayed basis and rupee amount. Unless the screen expressly states otherwise, this means a fixed extra amount calculated from the selected loan's current monthly EMI. It is not a percentage of the outstanding principal or an amount that increases every month.
Estimated interest saved, months saved and payoff dates compare the scenario with its stated baseline. They do not include an unmodelled debt or prove that an observed balance reduction resulted from a recommendation. Repayment strategies also depend on your essential expenses, available cash and other commitments.
Saving or marking a plan complete does not make a payment, create or cancel a mandate, instruct your lender or discharge a debt. Make any payment through an authorised channel and check the institution's confirmation. Continue meeting required payments even if an account is missing from Plenty or a scenario allocates money elsewhere.
For advice beyond the Service, seek an appropriately qualified professional. If repayments become difficult, contact your lender through its official channel. An app scenario is not its permission to defer payment.
6. Reminders and recurring charges
Reminders and notifications supplement your own records. Delivery can be affected by permissions, network conditions, mailbox delays and service interruptions. Keep an independent way to track payment deadlines.
A detected recurring charge or renewal is an estimate from available information. Hiding, deleting or marking it inactive in Plenty does not cancel a merchant subscription, stop a payment mandate or obtain a refund. Take those steps directly with the relevant merchant or provider. Disabling a reminder does not defer a payment.
We cannot guarantee that Plenty will identify every fee, renewal, deadline or suspicious transaction.
7. Free access and future pricing
Plenty is free at launch. We charge no fee for the features included in that launch. Independent providers, such as your bank or mobile network, may charge under their own agreements with you.
We intend to introduce pricing later, but the amounts, timing and plans have not been decided. Free launch access is not an automatically converting paid trial or a promise that every feature will remain free indefinitely.
Before introducing charges or moving an existing feature into a paid plan, we will give affected users reasonable advance notice. Before purchase, we will show the total price in Indian rupees, applicable taxes, included features, access period, billing frequency, payment provider and cancellation and refund terms, and make the purchase terms available for acceptance.
We will not charge retrospectively for free use or automatically enrol you in a paid plan. A purchase and any recurring payment require your affirmative agreement and the relevant payment authorisation. Creating an account, connecting Gmail, saving a plan or accepting these Terms does not authorise a charge.
You may decline a paid plan, use any features that remain free or leave the Service. We will explain any resulting restrictions before they take effect. Privacy requests and complaints will not require a paid subscription, and your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
Any new collection of billing information will be explained before it begins. Buying a Plenty plan will not authorise us to repay a bank or move money on your behalf.
8. Other providers and commercial relationships
Banks, issuers, merchants, benefit providers and sign-in providers operate their own services. Their terms apply when you deal with them directly. Plenty cannot change their records or bind them to an app calculation. A product link is not an application, an offer of credit or a promise of approval.
Plenty has no sponsored placements or lender referrals at launch. Any commission or other commercial relationship relevant to a displayed offer or recommendation will be clearly disclosed. A future change to this model will be explained before it applies, with any permissions required for the change. Gmail-derived information will not be used for advertising, underwriting or lending contrary to Google's policies.
These Terms do not remove responsibility for our own selection, integration or handling of another provider's services where applicable law makes us responsible.
9. Using Plenty responsibly
You must not:
- Use Plenty for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or disclosure of information you are not entitled to share.
- Access another person's records without authority, or use the Service for surveillance or lender underwriting.
- Introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, misuse credentials or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Use automated access to extract another person's information, generate abusive traffic or evade reasonable usage limits.
- Present an estimate as a bank statement, sanctioned loan offer, official credit score or guaranteed return.
- Infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights, or resell the Service or its proprietary content without permission where permission is legally required.
These restrictions do not prevent truthful criticism, good-faith complaints, responsible reporting of security issues or activities protected by law. Testing live systems must stay within applicable law and any testing scope we expressly authorise. Report security concerns to contact@plenty.money.
10. Your information and our intellectual property
You keep your rights in information you provide. We may process it as necessary for the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, valid permissions and source-platform restrictions. This does not give us an unrestricted or permanent right to exploit your financial history.
Plenty and its licensors own the relevant rights in the software, design, branding and other protected Service content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal purposes while permitted under these Terms. You may keep your own financial reports and share them where you have the necessary rights, without misrepresenting their source or accuracy or exposing another person's information unlawfully.
We may use voluntary product suggestions to improve Plenty without payment unless we agree otherwise. Feedback does not authorise us to publish your identity or financial information, use your records for AI training or attribute a testimonial to you. We seek separate permission for an attributed testimonial.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
We take reasonable steps to maintain Plenty, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, support for every issuer or permanent availability of an integration. Maintenance, provider changes, security events and technical failures can affect access and information freshness.
We may change or discontinue a feature for a legitimate operational, legal or security reason. We will provide appropriate notice of a material reduction in an agreed paid service and honour applicable cancellation and refund rights. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.
Where reasonably possible, we give advance notice of permanent closure and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve available account information. Urgent legal or security restrictions may require immediate action. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
12. Leaving Plenty or restricting an account
You may stop using Plenty at any time. Request account deletion through Profile → Delete account or the contact route in the Privacy Policy. If paid subscriptions are introduced, follow the cancellation route disclosed for your plan as well. Deletion and any limited retention follow the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict, suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements, a material breach of these Terms or loss of an essential third-party permission. Restrictions will be proportionate to the issue.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the reason, allow you to correct a remediable breach and provide a support route to challenge an error. We may act immediately where delay risks material harm or the law requires it.
Closing an account ends access to it. Privacy and deletion duties, accrued obligations, refund rights, intellectual-property protections and dispute provisions continue only where their nature requires. Account closure does not close a bank account, cancel a financial contract or remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Our responsibilities and liability
We will provide the Service with the care required by applicable law and honour our express commitments. Subject to those commitments and legal protections, Plenty is provided on an “as available” basis: estimates may be wrong, sources incomplete, benefits unavailable and access interrupted. We do not guarantee a financial outcome.
Each party is responsible for loss to the extent its breach, negligence or other conduct makes it responsible under applicable law. Recovery depends on that law, including causation, foreseeability and reasonable steps to reduce loss. Whether remote or indirect loss can be recovered is governed by applicable law.
We are not responsible for an independent bank or merchant action that we did not cause and for which the law does not make us accountable. We remain responsible for our own applicable duties, including when the Service uses AI or another provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection duties, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your direct loss is not excluded merely because it concerns personal finances. These Terms do not require you to cover Plenty's own fault or give up mandatory consumer remedies.
14. Complaints and resolving disputes
For help, email contact@plenty.money. You may also contact our Grievance Officer directly:
Grievance Officer: Rajan Dube
Designation: Founder
Email: rajan@plenty.money
Postal address: Bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Describe the issue, the account concerned and the outcome you seek. Do not send bank login details or transaction OTPs. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and address them within one month, or sooner where a mandatory deadline applies. We explain unresolved issues and available escalation.
Indian law governs these Terms. You may use a competent court, consumer commission or other forum available under that law, including a consumer forum connected with your residence or work where the law permits it. Contacting us first is encouraged but does not prevent urgent relief or a statutory complaint, or extend a legal deadline.
These Terms do not require arbitration or waive legally available representative remedies. If both parties choose mediation or arbitration after a dispute arises, they may make a separate lawful agreement.
For a bank charge, repayment posting or financial product complaint, also contact the relevant institution through its official process. The appropriate forum depends on the service and organisation involved.
15. Changes to these Terms
The current version will be available at plenty.money/terms, with its effective date. Contact us for a version that previously applied to your account.
We give reasonable advance notice of material changes, ordinarily at least 30 days. Urgent legal or security changes, or changes solely beneficial to you, may take effect sooner. Where affirmative acceptance is required, we request it before the revised Terms apply.
You may decline a material change and stop using the affected Service, with any applicable cancellation, deletion and refund rights. We will explain the effect on access. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accrued claim, create a fee for earlier free use or provide consent for a new use of personal information.
16. Other terms
Service notices. We may send account and contractual notices through the app or your account contact details where legally permitted. Keep those details current. This does not give permission for unrelated marketing.
Events outside reasonable control. Responsibility for a delay caused by such an event is limited only as permitted by law and subject to reasonable mitigation. This does not excuse accrued payment or refund duties, avoidable security failures or other mandatory obligations.
Transfers. You may not transfer your account. We may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful reorganisation or transfer of the Service, with appropriate notice and safeguards for your existing rights. Any personal-information transfer must separately comply with the Privacy Policy, law and source-platform restrictions.
The agreement. These Terms and expressly accepted feature or purchase terms govern the Service. They do not remove legal remedies for representations you relied on. Using Plenty does not create a partnership, employment relationship or authority for us to act or transact in your name.
If a provision cannot apply. An unenforceable provision is limited or removed only as necessary; the lawful remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
Accessibility. Contact support if these Terms or a consent flow are inaccessible. We provide notices and assistance as required by law; a translation discrepancy will not remove a mandatory protection.
For questions about these Terms, contact contact@plenty.money or write to the operator's address in Section 1.
